- Claims can be made only for bookings that are booked on our official hotel websites. All claims must be made within 24 hours after booking.
- The cheaper rate must be available to the general public. Rates that require membership or discount codes do not apply.
- The rate must be for the same room type, period of stay, and same booking conditions.
- Can this rate be booked on the Internet for the same dates? Rates may change at any time due to various factors. If you find a lower rate which is also available on our website at the same time, we will only match the rate.
- Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following rates :
- Membership programs websites
- Private Sales
- Corporate Discounts
- Negotiated Prices
- Group Prices
- Reward Programs
- Coupons
- Promo Code offers
- Does the alternative website offer you instant confirmation? On request bookings do not qualify
- The price difference based on currency value is not eligible. Comparisons must be made in the same currency.
- A room price that includes benefits such as food and beverage items, spa items and/or other benefits bundled together is considered a package. Packages prices can only be claimed if the rate found on other websites offers the exact same inclusions at a lower price.
- We have the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim and that it meets all Terms, Conditions, and requirements to process a Best Rate Guarantee claim.
- We reserve the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue our Best Rate Guarantee at any time.
