Course scheduling: course scheduling is to be done at least 48 hours prior to course date and is subject to availability. We highly recommend you specify your desired date in "special request" section during the booking process. If you fail to do this, you can always contact us later to provide neccessary details.

Surcharges for Higher Level Course

Basic Mermaid (1 day Course): Additional surcharge 1500THB per person
Freediving Level 1 (2 day course): Additional Surcharge 4500THB per person
Ocean Mermaid (2 day course): Additional Surcharge 4500THB per person

Underlying Health Conditions: All Diving Activities require the guest to not have underlying health conditions such as but not limited to Heart Disease, Asthma, Diabetes, and any Cardiac conditions. It is the guest’s responsibility to disclose such information. The instructor/divemaster is entitled to deny service to guests who have or suspected of having underlying health conditions.

If for whatever reason the guest is unable to dive, it is up to the hotel’s discretion whether to allow/refuse refunds or to allow for exchange with other goods or services on a case-by-case basis.

Extra Persons Charge: The inclusions listed are for standard capacity of 2 pax. Extra charge applies for parties that exceed this number of people.
